The Securities panel, moderated by Rose M. Schindler, will include Alexander Charap, Joanne Gelfand, and Laura Cole. The discussion will highlight the articles written by panelists Joanne Gelfand and Laura Cole. Ms. Gelfand has written an article titled The How And Why Of Crypto Anonymity And The Court Challenges That May Undo It All In The Face Of Market Upheaval. Ms. Cole’s article is titled Blockchain: A Potential Disruption To Finance And Regulation. The panel will have a thought-provoking conversation about the intersection of cryptocurrency and securities which will include current events and the effects of today’s events on tomorrow’s market and precedent.

Professor Frye’s article discusses the emerging intellectual property law in the NFT arena, Jessica Neer McDonald brings rights of publicity regarding NFTs to the discussion, and Odette Ponce’s article will discuss how the sanctions between the United States and Cuba affects the NFT market for Cuban artists.

Airdropped? Service Via NFTs As The Next Evolutionary Step. This panel will curate its discussion from the panels prior to result in a conversation that encompasses blockchain litigation at large.
