About the Journal
This is the second year for the St. Thomas Journal of Complex Litigation, being only the second law journal focusing exclusively on complex litigation. The Journal focuses on a number of complex litigation topics, including mass torts, class actions, multi-district litigations, electronic discovery, and civil procedure issues. Our mission is to publish relevant and thought-provoking articles to ensure that the Journal is known as a leading resource for legal practitioners and judges alike who frequently practice in this area of the law.
The Journal is published electronically. Each article is edited by St. Thomas University law students; however, our faculty advisor, Professor Patricia Moore, plays an integral role in the selection of publishable articles.
